The Planning Commission applies the City's subdivision regulations to all land located within the corporate limits of the City and all land located within the extraterritorial authority; and also serves as the Zoning Commission of the City to hold hearings, make reports and recommendations as to the boundaries of the various original districts and appropriate regulations.
